I believe the first "Krates" came out in '68. Growing up as a teen in the 70s I was only aware of the Orange Krate and Lemon Peeler. It was only fairly recently that I learned there were many others.
"Blueberry Krate" (not sure if Schwinn actually produced this one)
"Pink Panther" Krate (may have been a special edition I think)

My dad gave me on of those. My paint job started out yellow and then slowy turned to red, like a flame job. My stepfather sold it, I am still a bit miffed at that. LOL!

The shifter on those bikes was ridiculous. If you got out of the saddle to pedal, your knees would kick the lever forward and you’d end up in fifth gear, which is exactly NOT where you wanted to be if you were standing up to pedal.
