Sometimes it takes a few years for the tree to mature.

Sometimes the flowers don’t get pollinated’

And sometimes...it just flops.

And then one year will be an awesome bumper crop.

It’s hard to tell sometimes (((shrug)))

This year we did finally have some fruit. However the squirrels ate them all before maturity.
