OK, so WHAT is a press-up?

Chin-up, pull-up, sit-up and push-ups I know.

But press-up?

Whatever a press-up is, I bet he can get up off the floor a lot easier than I.

A press-up as I knew it is far more difficult than a push-up. The press-up is done by extending your arms straight so your hands are above your head—not under you shoulders as in a push-up. The pressing upward from your hands with an intense gut wrench, forcing your body above the floor 4-6 inches. Wrestling coach could do em.
