Or apple butter
Oh yeah, I forgot about their obsession with apple butter. Seems everybody I meet makes it. I have about 5 jars left when I made some from our Apple’s two years ago. I gave most of them away because I didn’t care for it. It’s pretty strong stuff.
My mother used to make apple butter, but she also made tomato butter which I loved. I can't find it anywhere. I also loved fried green tomatoes.
