I almost bought a Charlie Brown tree back when I was working and didn’t have much time or energy to decorate, think it’s really cute.
Now I’m old and have all the time in the world but NO energy to do the decorating I used to do.
Really admire those who still do.

Yes, lots of $$$$$$$.
But we shall see who wins this battle as they aren’t getting in or we might as well just forget trying to have REAL borders.
Hubby is making potato pancakes with the last of the mashed potatoes, still have turkey but am thinking I need to fix something else for dinner as son is burned out on turkey, can save turkey for soup and sandwiches.
No proof. He says we need to Gove more money to Central America, same answer they ha e for everything (except our military).

Would be very SMART if Mexico would stop the Caravans long before they get to our Southern Border, or if originating countries would not let them form (it is a way they get certain people out of their country and dump in U.S. No longer). Dems created this problem. No crossings!

I did get to see a tiny bit of F&F this morning before YouTube terminated it, they had on person after person talking about this border “crisis” all in favor of stopping the illegals and they all agreed this is a test case.
They must be STOPPED before entering.
I bet if Mexico knew how serious President Trump was, they wouldn’t have just let them stride by at that river crossing. I saw that they did stop a smaller caravan that just started out.
I can see him catapulting himself into the air after you raise it again.

So enjoyed last year.
I haven't put up a tree or inside decorations either Granny ever since we bought this house 11 yrs. ago. Even though it is a fairly large house the style Kitchen/Greatroom combo. has NO place to put a tree. I don't mind though because it takes a lot of stress off of me doing all that. I have in the past put a few things outside, but I don't think I am even going to do that this year. To cold out there.
lol, But of course. Didn’t you put the tree up just for the cat? That’s what they think.
Many, many years ago when my brother was first married and real poor they got a Tumbleweed (which we have plenty of here) spray painted it pink and put bulbs on it for their tree. :-)
I do feel guilty sometimes as my Mom put up a tree every year until she had her stroke at 83.
She would start her Christmas decorating the 1st of Nov, usually have most done by Thanksgiving so they could enjoy until Jan.
She did solicit help in her later years though.
Hubby can’t understand why I won’t part with all my decorations if I don’t put them out, just hoping I will use them again, I guess.
