I heard the Clinton Tour Bus couldn’t make it up and Hillary and Bill had to get out and start pushing. When you see that you know it’s a problem.

The obvious solution is to fine all the drivers who get stuck.

It is funny! But I can PROMISE you that there is some government leftist who buckled to the Sierra Club and DID NOT use salt on the bridge...resulting in what they’re dealing with now.
However, with Christie gone, it’s not very difficult to get bridges up and running again.

On racks in your garage.

Global warming. (Trump’s fault.)

“...I was wondering when we’d see the results of Affirmative Action engineering degrees....”
The SJWs have somehow managed to force a university accreditation requirement on undergraduate engineering students to take 18 semester-hours of SJW classes. That’s 18 semester-hours that are no longer used to study advanced engineering criteria and used, instead, to further their insane agenda. We’re probably seeing some of results of that right here.

The Yugo that blew off of the Mackinac Bridge in a strong wind still has this topped as bridge stories go.
I think of it every time I cross the bridge in a 1 ton 4x4 truck.:)

Who was the space shot who thought that would work? In an area where ice exists.

Salt on a metal bridge = some genius at work if they do that.

” and forgot about the vertical geometry.”

The vertical geometry was the reason for the renovation-——to accommodate larger ships.

No doubt NY Government will have a solution. It will only cost $800 million.
