We don’t even get snow very often in December.
Yeah snow is rare in DC in November/December. There was a huge snowstorm in the DC area in November 1987. Not too many more since.

Well in central MD not 30 mi from DCwe’ve had snow prior to TG more recently than that. 2x near Halloween...one was right after Sandy in 2012, then the next year I think. It’s not shocking.
