Scott came out of the recount with a net gain of 779.
That’s now gone.
What I don’t know is, do they still get to do the manual count ?
and how the heck can they meet that deadline when they couldn’t meet a machine recount deadline ?
That's the consensus. By being late, they get to scream they're the victims of 'disenfranchisement' and knock off almost 800 votes for Scott.
The hand recount is being ordered just for the State AG commish, and the Senate seat, not the governor.
