This is a big issue in the black community and should encourage even more #BLEXIT and #WalkAway. But most importantly, it’s the right thing to do.

Volunteer in a prison ministry. We have had inmates that were paroled but could not return to the ‘Free World’ because they could find no where to live/work/ or meet the travel requirements to report for parole meetings.
There is literally no way to transition these inmates from the institution to free society.
Perhaps we are seeing a good first step to end rescitivism.
