You're right of course - the loathsome demonrats would try it; they're nothing but puppets dancing on Satan's strings.
It has been said and echoed by me, the impeachment is based on high crimes and misdemeanors (HC&M). HC&M are not defined so all the House need do is file impeachment articles citing HC&M.
They don’t even have to specify what those are, just, simply, HC&M.
You have to pass the bill to see what is in it.
