New England is a target rich environment for this. After all, New England was THE hub of the slave trade industry for the entire western hemisphere from the late 18th century until 1861 when it became too politically embarrassing and was finally stopped. Prominent New Englanders from John Hancock (largest slave trader in the 13 colonies and later governor of Massachusetts) to most of the founders of Ivy League universities as well as large companies some of which still exist, got their money largely from...........slave trading.
I mightve objected to things like the protest above and all the future moves to erase New Englands history to come, but since they were only too happy to support efforts by SJWs to erase Southern history, I will now just sit back and watch.........with a huge grin on my face.
I am born and raised in Boston. I know my way around better than most, and I know some History of the area.
I certainly do know less than you seem to regarding these matters.
Thanks for sharing. I have some reading to do, clearly.
You realize slavery was outlawed in MA in the late 1700s, right. Might have been a financial hub, but the slaves were freed pretty early in your timeline.
