I appreciate your pulling it all together, as usual. Really helps when contemplating this.

I like your decode. I would possibly make one modification and that’s because I believe that PLACEHOLDER replaces the name of the party(ies) charged. So if, Bagster, KITJ and blu were indicted for language code violations, and the there were supporting violations (grammar, spelling) it might read

[PLACEHOLDER - Profanity + support Articles]

Because I’m reading them this way, some are a bit more “past tense” in my decode.

[Placeholder - SC rulings re: challenges re: Civ Non_Civ]

R: Placeholder= the specific case name(s) of the legal challenges brought before the SC and their rulings regarding whether or not Civ/Non_Civ distinctions are appropriate and once determined, whether or not specific cases met the defined criteria

[Placeholder - SC rulings re: USA v Def appeals]

R: The rulings the SC, representing the USA has made on Defense appeals - intriguingly this may suggest one or more trials already completed and appealed.

[Placeholder - Branch termination(s)]

R: Where are our legal eagles when we need them? I agree this one is hard to determine. I like your decode - branch of gov or mil but I am not sure. These cases are interconnected and “branch” into other cases and determinations are made (branches pruned) as the scope of individual, overlapping cases. I dunno.

[Placeholder - Leak(s)]

R: So Placeholder would be holding the place of the names of the leakers indicted for leaking

[Placeholder - Acts of Treason + support Articles]

R: Treason is defined in Article III, Section III of the Constitution. Placeholder = names of those indicted for Treason and related/supporting (lesser) Articles. I believe Q drop #2476 contains the list of initials of people likely to be charged with treason because they had email addresses on the NK server at a time when NK was threatening to nuke the US (at war). Eric Schmidt supposedly set up the ECHO network in NK which was the platform for, among other things, this email network.

[Placeholder - Foreign Acts_pub]

Placeholder = names of defendants in the indictment charged with Foreign Acts violations (I don’t even have a guess for pub) Wonder if this includes Skippy because Podesta and another were said to have failed to have registered as foreign agents in part of their (underhanded) dealings with foreign countries. Or is that the way the US law refers to foreign people committing crimes against the US sovereignty? I dunno.

[Placeholder - FVEY_pub]
[Placeholder - FISA_pub]

There’s the unkown “pub” reference. But it would be persons guilty of FVEY and FISA crimes?

[Placeholder - DECLAS GEN_pub]
[Placeholder - SPEC_C_pub]

Names of guilty followed by ....I dunno.

So if, Bagster, KITJ and blu were indicted for language code violations,

I see what you did there, you clever girl.

I like your interp for PLACEHOLDER best of all, Scarecrow.

I'm on board with that one, pending further evidence. I think PUB might be short for PUBLIC, as in what will be released for public consumption.

The only flaw in that theory is the last post, when it talks about what I thought was stuff that WOULDNT be released to the public, i.e. [SPEC_C pub]

[Placeholder - DECLAS GEN_pub]
[Placeholder - SPEC_C_pub]

It blows the whole theory, you ask me. My backup plan is "publish".
