Another government agency. We will never get to real federalism until we give up the BigGov teat.
They don’t solve problems, they exacerbate them.
With so many states as corrupt as they are, I do not see any other alternative.
I'm a little torn on this one. I'm a big "State's rights" and Federalims guy, but what do you do when a state is CAPTURED like California or Florida by CAPTURED corrupt anti-American counties like Broward, who then affects the FEDERAL government by illegally placing their agents within the SENATE, which affects all states and Americans.
I lean toward FEDERAL voting regulations to prevent just such a scenario.
We cannot allow the enemy to conquer us with our own good laws and virtues. The Constitution is not a suicide pact.
