With all due respect you are FOS. If you actually read the story you’ll notice that none of the cops were hurt, but the citizen they were depriving of his constitutional rights was killed. This is how liberals plan to have bitter clingers killed.
What difference would a court order make?
I’d love to send the politicians, and I’m sure they don’t care in the least if a few cops get killed, but they want their beloved police around to enforce the tyranny they plan to inflict. The object is to kill gun owners not police and yes your premise that they want to kill police is bass ackward from reality. They want their police to kill us not the other way around
Come to think of it. No reason why the politicians couldn’t join in the fun. After all the goon wing of the Democrat party stages a partial home invasion of Tucker Carlson the other day. Agreed. A court order issued upon the claim of one person, no third party input, and no opportunity for the respondent (?) to rebut is not a lawful adjudication of anything. The way such an action should work is that the concerned party files a petition, the judge reviews it and grants a hearing, the subject gets served with a writ to appear, (then lawyers up) goes to court, argues and is then adjudged based on evidence and response, then either the petition is granted or rejected....
Me telling you that Joe is nuts is not anything more than gossip and innuendo.
