there is a terrific article in city journal about how the smoking nazis in the US are treating vaping like smoking although there is not the same effect with the people around the vaper.

There is nicotine BUT there is no tar and other chemicals as in cigarettes there can’t possibly be an effect to people around you it is just steam that dissipates immediately!!! I think my problem with quitting was just having something in my hand instead of food!!! Whoever invented the vaping pens I am SO THANKFUL to them when I grew up EVERYONE smoked and it is a habit that is extremely hard to quit!!!
