I posted twits by a reporter who was in the courtroom at the time the decision was handed down. I should have posted on this thread too.

Judge says Florida Dems can intervene in the public records lawsuit filed by Scott campaign. This allows Dems to have the same records that the NRSC/Scott has requested, if the judge grants the records. Ali Schmitz (@SchmitzMedia) November 9, 2018
Snipes’ attorney says she’s not trying to prevent the release of the information the NRSC/Scott. He says she’ll gladly give them the records, but they’re trying to rush her in the midst of a busy counting period. Ali Schmitz (@SchmitzMedia) November 9, 2018
Snipes’ counsel calls it “inappropriate” to intervene in the counting process, which is her “primary responsibility” until noon tomorrow. Ali Schmitz (@SchmitzMedia) November 9, 2018

Snipes must allow immediate inspection of records - plus no spoliation of records requested - on or before 7 pm tonight. Ali Schmitz (@SchmitzMedia) November 9, 2018
This was on the local news... they minimized its importance, but forcing the production of records {legally required... duh} and allowing Repub access to monitor counting seems like a good start. ⚖️
Q links to this article with this quote. Why?
The appointment (Scaramooch) itself, on 21 July, triggered a shake-up at the Trump White House. Chief of Staff Reince Priebus and spokesman Sean Spicer both left their posts over his hiring.
I think that, like temporary Scaramooch that helped get rid of Priebus and Spicer, the temporary AG (Whitaker/Stealth Bomber) will and has forced the removal of other impediments (Sessions?).
Think about it. Stealth bombers fly over a target undetected, do their damage, and move on.
I think this is what Q is telling us here.
