difficulty there is that once the votes have been “cast”/”counted” there is no way to separate them from valid votes. Which is why most court cases don’t reverse the final counts.

The only way would be to have a new election.

Fraudulent votes cast and counted before the deadline are indeed hard to prove if not impossible.

But the ballots coming in now are after the deadline so all of those can be tossed.

as in the case of Florida, the 78,000 votes turned in after the 30 min past midnight deadline, the vote counting machines should have date/time marks.. >?????

NSA had better be on this, instead of listening to my phone calls talking about my dog...
