Do you believe in coincidences?
How many coincidences before it becomes mathematically impossible?
Expand your thinking.
>Amount of fires in CA past 12-months?
>Amount of fires in CA past 10-years?
>Date FED funding cut off from CA as result of violation(s) of Sanctuary State/City?
>CA budget cuts past 12-months re: Fire & Prevention?
>>Reduce/eliminate dry brush clean up?
>>Reduce/eliminate tree-line clean up?
>>Reduce/eliminate fire break installation(s)?
>>Reduce/eliminate chopper fly over(s) to target 'high exposure' areas?
>>Reduce/eliminate population areas exposure & fire break safety management?
>>Reduce/eliminate use of inmates [correction facilities] for Highway clean up and dry brush removal?
What is the primary purpose of declaring a State of Emergency?
What determines the size of the FED payment to a State that has declared a State of Emergency?
What is the current debt of CA?

Okay here we go.

Now that Cali has been brought into the convo I will wrap myself in tinfoil for my next statement.

My gut feeling tells me that there is an unholy alliance between state officials and PGE regarding the fires.

PGE could more responsible for them than I would want to think.

The state lets them off the hook and they get to pass on the cost of their “negligence” to the customer.

Their negligence allows these fires to start and look like tragic accidents, instead of the outright arson some of us suspect.

Every time these fires pop up, they get federal disaster money.

Jerry’s Kids are now heading for the California border.

I sometimes wonder if they are scraping up the money this way to feed the incoming crop of rat voters without going broke.

Government at all levels in our state is evil enough to do something like this.

You resist Trump, and get the federal government to financially support your efforts too!

Sometimes, you can even drive out the people in the red areas.

You are complying with UN guidelines-Agenda 21.

And if you are particularly evil you can treat it as a fire sacrifice illuminati style.

In my area, a couple of months ago, I saw a vehicle from the California Office of Emergency Services driving around.

The first thing I thought of since there are no emergencies in my area was what if they are scouting out a place to have fires?

In this area there are a lot of high voltage wires running through dry brush with much small shrubbery.

I was on my way to visit someone and wound up behind this state vehicle for some time.

They began driving erratically like they thought they were being followed.

Last year when these fires were going on, someone started a big fire on the street in the area with the high voltage wires.

It could have been disastrous for our city and possibly a few others in the vicinity.

At this point, I trust very few people.

Especially in government.

Forestry management in most states recognizes that historical natural burns remove the debris every handful of years or so, and the brush and small dead plants plus a few fallen trees does not build up enough to cause massive fires, usually. As a former firefighter who has gone to hundreds of fires in the trees, we know that the buildup of leaf and plant matter like pine needles and oak leaves can get wet and spark itself into a fire. These type of fires are easy to contain with one fire department and US Forestry Service Hedgehogs to cut a deep cut back behind and before the fires. California lets the debri build up for 10s of years until it catches fire in the mistaken belief they are doing something good. A healthy forrest has mature trees with burn marked trunks sometimes several identifiable times. California doesn’t burn off the debri semiannually or ever for that matter so they are creating massive amounts of dead matter fuel that destroys the very trees they mistakenly try to protect by building up the soil, if that is even a sane idea, I think not.
