I know that. And it was ridiculous when Cory was accused.
But, that doesn’t mean that I saw assault. I simply didn’t see assault.

No, he didn’t he refused to relinquish the microphone, he put his arm up to prevent her from taking it but he didn’t “chop” anyone.
Acosta’s behavior was ignorant and rude, that’s not assault, not by any stretch of the legal definition.
