SOS website is now posting official results. The delay on their website was because some precincts were still voting. Hawley still well ahead, but she has closed a little. We should know soon.

I don't know. Maybe Missouri gal knows. I don't think KC or St. Louis votes are going to get McCaskill ahead, though. First, not everyone in those cities is crazy (or at least not back in the '70s, when I lived in KC, KS). Second, he's over 200,000 votes ahead with 75% of the precincts reported.
