When we reach our peak successes and are on our runs of good fortune and blessings, very few of us check in with God and ask him to spare us of more than we can handle.
Sinead was blessed with a beautiful melodious voice, something of a stage presence in her younger days, and lots of success early in life. It was clearly more than she could handle. She could have been a legend, but I suspect she will be at best, an object lesson.
