These kinds of studies are simply redonkulous.
I have to drink it Black. I lost my thyroid to cancer a few years ago. I get up and will have to take thyriod medicine for the rest of my life. No food can be taken until on hour has passed after taking the medicine. That includes sugar, artificial sweetners and flavors, etc. So only black coffee or tea. For me.

This “study,” like most, is stupid. What’s even more stupid, is drawing conclusions about someone’s personality from the style of coffee that he/she drinks.
Strangely, I prefer my coffee black because it tastes better, not because it is bitter.

That is, with cream and sugar.
I also like espresso. Worked at a place in FL that was 80% Hispanics and they turned me on to that stuff.
Always wondered what the deal was with tiny cups of turbo coffee. Then I got to thinking; not much good water in some places. Only takes a little water to make espresso and the super low ph levels aka high acidity probably kills off the bad stuff and kills off the bad water taste.
Never did get an espresso machine but I did get a mocha pot so every now in then I make Italian espresso.

I drink it black. If it’s good coffee it’s not bitter. If I added cream and sugar to the 5 or 6 cups I drink a day I’d put on pounds galore.
One thing we know absolutely for certain from the scientists is that coffee will give you cancer.....or not.
I love my coffee dark, strong, and cream and sugar free. My better half says I’m crazy and a lunatic was what my better half was seeking. Am glad I was qualified
