At his age, it’s probably a boost for his career.
Yes, some of the old guys are predators. Many of them are probably running on autopilot, continuing to behave as they did when they were younger and not having come to terms with the facts of aging. BUT … a lot of the young women flirt with the old guys, and some do a lot more than flirt. The gals use sex appeal, and sometimes sex, to get what they want. It can be very transactional, but now there’s a huge double standard in play for blackmail and revenge.
