Okay now I can find what you are talking about:

Click on Account --> Then select Edit Account --> then select Vanity E-Mail

Within Vanity email it says:

As a valued supporter of Free Republic, we have reserved a complimentary @freerepublic.com e-mail address in your Free Republic screen name. Once enabled, your new e-mail address will be:
screen name@freerepublic.com

All mail sent to this address will forward to:
Your actual email address you used to register with Free Republic. theraven@hotmail.com (example)

Your complimentary Free Republic e-mail address is valid for one full year after your last donation, and will expire:
MM/DD/CCYY (which is one year from your most recent donation date)

You may change your forwarding address at any time after your account has been enabled. To take advantage of this new e-mail address, click "Enable" below. If you would prefer not to have an @freerepublic.com address click "No Thanks". You may disable this e-mail address at any time.

Thank you for your support of Free Republic!

Then there are two buttons to select from:

Button 1: Enable or Button 2: No Thanks

So I assume you have donated within the past year time frame, is that correct? Is the email account you registered with, still the email account that you use or has that changed since you registered? If your email has changed, then go to your account and update that email and it should work if the last time you donated was within 1 year from today. Hope that helps. 8>)

If you have your current email address in your account and the forwarding statement shows the correct email address, then perhaps it is going to your junk mail and you are missing it. I assume the email send for you would be the rave@freerepublic.com which you may need to add to your safe list so that is does not end up in junk mail. That could be another reason. You are getting it but you just are failing to see it because of it landing in junk mail.
