I seem to recall our favorite Black Hat/Black Hat homie Robert Mueller was involved in the prosecution of Whitey.
Something unethical happened during the whole process. Hannity was yelling about it last year.
Might be easily diggable on the www.

The FBI was using the Winter Hill Gang (Bulger) as informants against The Mafia in Boston. They literally let him get away with murder. Mueller at one time was stationed in Boston and did nothing about it.
