I like the simpler older machines, never owned a single cylinder Norton. After riding most brands of riceburners, lusted after Beemer Boxers or Moto-Guzzis, fell into a oneness relationship with and spent my final years of riding between two ‘75 Norton 850 MKIII Commando Twins.

If I could get to work without getting wet, I rode no matter the weather. In other words CrAzY.

The ‘75s were heavier and slower, but Americanized with LH shift, electric starter, and much improved electrical systems. No Prince of Darkness issues.
