HUGE PURCHASES OF GOLD TODAY BY OTHER COUNTRIES

Normal times that is a big marker for a market downturn. Nowadays, nothing is normal. If the Dems get control of the house, I will be shifting to low risk assets, if not, I will hold my current positions. But THAT IS MY OWN OPINION.
I have my own mix, and I don’t really shift it much anymore.
I may take out some extra cash to keep at home. And I’ll likely restock my pantry a little more, since food prices have continually gone up.
I liquidated half of my stocks in Dec. 2007. After the crash, I reinvested at bargain prices. When the stocks doubled, I liquidated half - so I have the principal in cash ready to reinvest, if things result in bargains.
