I scrolled. It took me to place to download that wanted me to register with google.
Yes-Naked Communist 45 or 46 steps or so. Do a search on Marxist techniques - very similar. It’s also reminiscent of the Weather Underground plans for re-education camps and extermination of those deemed to deplorable to be “redeemed” ie brainwashed.
Don’t know about Gov. Moonbeam, but would not be surprised. It has been a long standing tradition of infiltrating every organization that might disagree or be able to resist.
