First night, youth night? Forgive... I am getting quite rusty.
WELL SAID!!! I'm in my office giving you a standing ovation!
That’s great! I have a friend that is addicted to MSNBC. He says it’s to see what the other side is up to. I tell him to quit watching that crap. Even though he’s a conservative, he’s forever pessimistic and awash in defeatism. I irritate him with my positivism! Hoping our enormous election victory next Tuesday will cure him somewhat. I’ve told him it’s going to happen. He hopes I’m right BUT...
I quit watching network news election eve 2012. Cancelled my local paper before that and cancelled my cable since then. Besides saving money, I’m much happier! Q coming along added to my happiness! HRC and Hussein in prison will make me ecstatic!
WWG1WGA!!
...but loves them with plenty of ketchup...
..............
You went there. Lol!!!
So true! I haven't had any on all day today. I noticed I haven't been wanting to snack all day either! Yes, I'm a worry eater. So it may also be a great way to lose weight!
>>HRC and Hussein in prison will make me ecstatic!
Should that ever happen, we will join hands and perform the Snoopy Happy Dance together.
Yes. this is quite legitimate where records were destroyed... all too common in Virginia - Revolutionary War, Civil War... But 'No', Wharton Dickinson was a shyster genealogist it turns out. I actually found a handwritten ms of his in the NYC Public Library - one of about four known to exist. None of them agreed with each other on much.
***Arent family stories WONDERFUL!***
YES! It is a field worthy of sharp minds, and folks who need to sharpen their minds. The rewards are fantastic! But be careful taking on one of our founding fathers! ;^)
Gotta run...
Yeah, it really isn't hard to stay informed about what liberals are doing. We're bombarded by their propaganda machine constantly from every direction. I do read some of their articles, especially ones posted on Facebook, so I can comment on it. When I read a liberal article now, I don't pay much attention to what they say(they're so predictably cliched). I look for what they don't report.
Thanks for the explanation of the parentheses. That is IMPORTANT and I did not know it. Likely many others didn’t understand the nuance either. You provided a crumb. Well done patriot.
>>But be careful taking on one of our founding fathers!
Think about taking on Clement Moore!!!!!!!!!! THAT has been an absolute upheaval. The man who had just bought a handwritten copy of the poem, whose value plummeted when our research came out in 2000, hired a paranormal investigator to attack us in two articles. He still goes after the new prof I’ve been working with, even though he did eventually sell the piece. Not for the price he had hoped for, though, I think.
>>As to the voice, 25 years ago I could have been a candidate, started out on radio in the 60’s - having had voice training. Now I sound like a wet dishcloth.
I’m looking for an older Santa Claus, someone who can make their recordings at home. I’m planning to make YouTube videos of the 13 love poems in my illustrated book. The gentleman who keeps forgetting to send his sample played Henry Livingston at the mock trial when I was sitting at the table as his descendant. He’s creating a one man show and loses the world for his focus. Good for him, bad for my plans.
My idea for pronunciation is to use the form of the word from my phoneme dictionary when a word is weird, like vaullancy (V-AO-L’-AE-N-S-IY) and fegs (F AE G Z). It uses no special symbols. The research required me to transcribe the entire body of poetry into phonemes.
unless they’re goin there for a purpose you don’t know about but we do
Hurting and damaging children is the reason the world is in the sorry flippin’ shape it’s in. Not just cuz they’re cute little people that we’re chemically programmed to bond with.
On twatter it means echo.
That shit doesn't bother me. I'm able to filter out what I don't agree with or like. Most of them are shills, sent to disrupt the real work happening. I still prefer sites that are not moderated. I detest censorship no matter who's doing it. Scrolling past that stuff isn't difficult.
Sometimes I think of getting cable back and a tv so I could watch sports. Then I jes lie down until the feeling goes away.
Yes, it’s important to understand that the garbage on the site is due to a) it’s automated traffic generated to make the site unsavory to the public and 2) due to the fact that if you are going to have free speech you have to allow distasteful speech as well. It does make it difficult for the more sensitive to lurk there. I, for one, think it’s funny. Their invective makes me giggle. Literally.
