From the article: “With what happened early today, that horrible, horrible attack in Pittsburgh, I was saying, ‘Maybe I should cancel both this and that.’ And then I said to myself,...We can’t make these sick, demented, evil people important,” Trump said.

Thanks for the kind words and support! You really shouldn't but then again I may be all that and a bag of chips too.

Mr. Memory Master apparently has memory problems with when the market reopened. Even LIAR me knows that the market remained closed for a period of a few days after the attack.

Oh, but I forgot. The market opened when he watched on television thousands and thousands of Muslims in Jersey City, New Jersey cheering the destruction of the towers on 9-11. Must have been a special feed and special trading privileges only insiders had.

Indeed. I have learned one thing for certain in the 14 years I’ve been on this forum; Don’t try and discuss a topic rationally with a person who refuses to be rational.

It’s like arguing with a Liberal/Progressive (which joesbucks may be), you destroy their position and they simply change the premise or topic. Then you destroy that one and they move to the next. They can keep you going all day if you play along.

The best course of action is simply to ignore them and report to admin. Sooner or later the mods will get fed up with their silliness and make them gone.

Yes. The media would ignored Obama’s mistake.

Another reason why Trump, Hillary, and Obama are NOT “the same peas in the same pod.”

The BSMedia ignore anything that is “not Trump”. Obama noted a 57 state US, but was not “challenged”. Ef the BSMedia. They have all but lost our side. Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

List what you consider to be Trump’s misstatements - without cutting and pasting them from google.

Then list the statements he’s made that are correct.

Then think about the contrast.

Let's start with an easy one....."My first day in office, I am going to ask Congress to put a bill on my desk getting rid of this disastrous law and replacing it with reforms that expand choice, freedom, affordability," said Trump on Oct. 25, a day after he St. Augustine speech, in Sanford, Florida. "You're going to have such great health care at a tiny fraction of the cost. And it's going to be so easy."

Still looking for Obamacare to be repealed and replaced with that low cost and easy insurance plan. Should have been an art of the deal easyily done process. Now we've got conservative candidates running on some of the key elements of the plan.

Do you realize it wasn’t completely up to him? That he could not have imagined the ingrained hate that would cause practically all democrats to vehemently oppose EVERYTHING he tried to do?

It turned out to be practically impossible. And you blame Trump.

Foolish.

I note you didn’t bother to post any good or accurate statements he’s made. Why not?

Can you imagine the response if Trump did the same?

So where was his art in making a deal with those who don't want to. Didn't he campaign that he could do that?

You know his good and accurate statement. But I'll give you supreme court nominees. Now as for the next failure to perfomr: During his presidential campaign, Trump called for the government to use its clout to negotiate Medicare drug prices. He didn't call for that change — which is stridently opposed by drug companies. Maybe they should post their prices is as good as it gets?

Did any employees go back to work the next day? The market was closed. Was the premises?

I went to work at my law firm on Wednesday, September 12, 2001. We were open, but it was a skeleton crew.

My company is closed on Christmas. Yet I have worked on Christmas day more than once. Yet we were closed. If the exchanges weren’t trading, it doesn’t matter who was there. They were closed.

Clearly people were working even if trading wasn’t going on.
