HEADS UP again...
I've never been a fan of Windows Explorer's built-in ZIP-like functions (Compressed Folders and the like) because there are too many cases where they fail (like nested ZIPs).
But this is something new -- overwriting files, or failing silently... not good, not good.

I just returned to a former employer. They are still on Windows 7 Pro, and they intend to stick with it as long as possible. It’s a medium sized engineering company in Texas.
