One thing democrats are efficient at is at believing they are more moral than God. It is a mental archetype found also in Suni islam, where the Kalif is above God and a reverred political figure.
Everyday they come up with Political Correctness to give them immunity from charges in acts of terrorism, playing on perceptions. They do not have to actually protect minorities, they have to say they kill in their name to avoid bad perceptions and gain immunity
And so now we have 74 year old men doing crap like this because they feel no hate crime charges theatening them, quite the opposite, they feel widespread support and a martyrs complex benefit
