On "most" smart phones if you press the power button and the home button at the same time it will capture and image of the screen. You will find a "picture" in your photo gallery. Send it like any other pic.
If that doesn't work simply search the web using "screen capture" and the model of phone you have and you should find out how to do it for your phone.
Okay, I get this far. How do I send it to a post on FR? That is the step I don't know how to do.
