Pipe bombs sent to Clinton, Obama, CNN, Soros all linked – four other packages sent to top Democrats
Three packages containing pipe bombs have been identified and intercepted Wednesday morning – all of which have been confirmed by authorities.
The first package was sent to former First Lady and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in Chappaqua, N.Y. A second package was sent to former President Barack Obama in Washington, and a third package was sent to the CNN headquarters at the Time Warner Center in New York City.
An FBI spokesperson confirmed that the Joint Terrorism Task Force was leading the investigation of all incidents. The packages have been sent to an FBI lab for testing, although all three appear to be pipe bombs.
One of the packages also contained an unidentified white powder.
Officials confirmed that all three packages have identical characteristics and are believed to be sent from the same person(s).
Additional package incidents
Other reports suggest that a fourth package may have been identified at the office of Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
Several suspicious packages were also discovered at the offices of other prominent Democratic officials, including New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, former Attorney General Eric Holder and Sen. Kamala Harris.

They help guide the course of the game usually by offering choices or providing information to the player. The key is that they will only do exactly what they are programmed to do.
So if you take any action against them at all - talk, fight, kick, hit, etc they respond with the same set of prompts. Sometimes they prompts cycle through, but they are always the same set.

Heres an example I penned a week or so ago to explain how an NPC is used in a Dungeon & Dragons scenario prior to being adopted into video games (the princess is an NPC, notice how the DM uses her to force a certain decision no matter the replies):
That was one type of NPC. Others were characters that were used to ensure the story kept going the way it was intended. So maybe - you save the princess from the dungeon, but she adamantly refuses to leave until you retrieve her necklace.
The party discusses amongst themselves and says “sorry princess not worth our lives for a bauble.
She states “I cannot return without it or she will not be able to marry her prince charming as it represents her dowry. Besides it’s just sitting on the table in the long hall.”
The party confers - “nope not worth it”
She says “I can get you each 100 platinum and a magic item of your choice (DM note: up to 1 level above current character level)”
Party confers (DM note: any thief in party is awarded 10 gold from all other party members due to increased proximity occurrences) - “ok let’s go”
Party enters long hall (DM note: Princess gets lost at least twice enroute) and is set upon by 2 trolls, 5 goblins, and a pack of kobolds. Necklace if picked up by anyone other than princess will deliver an electrical shock of 5 hp. Princess will hinder any party member in a direct line between her and necklace as she attempts to retrieve delivering a -1 chance to hit and -1 Armor class. If she is able to place necklace on all monsters fall asleep.
Princess will remain with party until exit from dungeon. Party incurs a -2 penalty to hide and move silent skills. Every 4th turn party will lose a turn while waiting out princess temper tantrums and self-pity displays.
THAT is a good D&D NPC... If they aren’t named they are just monsters. An NPC is either a named monster who has lines or a character who drives the story in a direction.
Once Role playing video games came out the NPC became more important because there was no human dungeon master to guide the game in an appropriate direction (oh, sorry that passage just caved in). Instead the NPC was programmed with a set of responses - just like a liberal can only respond the way they’ve been told to respond on any given subject.
I used to live near a major river. While enjoying a cool autumn evening, my wife and I heard a plaintive, weak voice, “Hey! Can someone help, please?”
My neighbor, who was out working on his landscaping immediately looked up at me with a quizzical look. Immediately we both headed to the river with our wives trailing behind; his wife brought a 50-foot length of paracord.
Turns out a canoe-ist had become grounded on a sandbar. The water was quite swift and getting the canoe free was dangerous. We tossed him the paracord, waded out ourselves and got the canoe-ist in safer waters. We then re-floated the canoe. He happily went on his way, with gladness for our help.
To this day, I can’t ignore a cry for help. But, when I’m done...I go back to being who I am.
Then no complaints about conversations about dogs and cats and owls. If those get closed down, so do these. People get distracted by many of the slide conversations, and either all of them are to be stopped, or none of them.

I meant can be used as training in this case - ie humans acting as NPCs. Anyway, I know nothing about all this stuff, so I leave it up to those who actually do.

Have to look elsewhere for that sis, scrolled past all of it and it was a LOT of scrolling, besides this particular interlude was <10 replies. While we are at it, unrelated music/art same rule. Fact is, this subject is the only one that gets the early call for PMing. Rather odd considering the prayers/scripture on thread and Q posts.
