I was listening to a radio station broadcast by an historically black university in the area the other day, and I kid you not, they were doing PSA’s from an attorney’s office advising how to handle winning the MegaMillions lottery, don’t sign the ticket with your legal name but do fill it out with the address of an attorney’s office, have the attorney set up a blind trust through an LLC, then have the attorney claim the winning ticket on behalf of the blind trust.
It was a very odd thing to be hearing on what is essentially public radio. I’ve suspected for a long time that payouts for lottery tickets are not exactly random, with a lot more winners in the hood. Just another form of income redistribution. It is true that all the stores known for selling a lot of winning tickets are there. Could be due to volume, but maybe not just that.

If I win I will dedicate the rest of my days to building section 8 housing and walmarts in elite dem enclaves. I will also pay homeless people to squat on places like pelosis estate. I wouldn’t mind building a school system based on hillsdale but K-12 and university that teaches the 3 Rs and real history, but also teaches real skills like they did back in the old days. Plus it would have zero tolerance for mobs

My biggest gripe with the lottery in my socialist republic of NJ is the proceeds go to “education”. Really? Aren’t school budgets all done in advance? What are they going to do with windfall sums? Buy more pencils? Sounds like a recipe for corruption to me. I’d rather see it rebated to all income tax payers.
