Yanked 4 sweet pepper plants yesterday before the frost hit and am hoping to overwinter them in my basement. I also tried to do the same for some tomato suckers but they don’t look well already, we shall see.
Did you take a lot of leaves off the tomatoes? I usually strip most of the lower leaves, and stick them in dirt so that many joints are in the soil.
