It’s the supreme law of the land. A constitutional eligibility requirement for VP or POTUS— Natural born citizen.

We don’t need a court to tell us what the Constitution means. It’s plain and obvious. If you think we need the courts to ‘interpret’ the Constitution before it is followed, you maybe on the wrong forum.

We do need the courts to rule any candidate for the presidency ineligible. And they will not rule Haley or Rubio or Jindal or anyone else born in the United States ineligible. There's no point in getting upset about this - it's simply a fact. All relevant case law supports this and there's no reason to believe any major court will rule otherwise. Obama's father was not a US citizen, he was sworn into office by Chief Justice John Roberts and he presided for 8 years with no serious legal challenge to his legitimacy.

This is something to debate and get upset about in forums, but that's all. It's not a serious topic in the real world.
