If you think we need the courts to ‘interpret’ the Constitution before it is followed, you maybe on the wrong forum.

We do need the courts to rule any candidate for the presidency ineligible. And they will not rule Haley or Rubio or Jindal or anyone else born in the United States ineligible. There's no point in getting upset about this - it's simply a fact. All relevant case law supports this and there's no reason to believe any major court will rule otherwise. Obama's father was not a US citizen, he was sworn into office by Chief Justice John Roberts and he presided for 8 years with no serious legal challenge to his legitimacy.

This is something to debate and get upset about in forums, but that's all. It's not a serious topic in the real world.

You’re dead wrong about needing the courts to determine eligibility and dead wrong about case law too.

We just need the Constitution followed.

Under the 14th amendment, children born to foreign nationals, whether here legally or illegally, are not U.S. citizens. Kim Wong Ark got it wrong.

So not only are Nikki, rubio and jindal not natural born Citizens, they’re not even citizens under the law. They’re CINOs. Citizens in name only. Citizenship conjured up by the courts which have no power to make anyone a citizen. Only Congress has the power of naturalization.

I believe it can be challenged. Zero got away with it so the Dems and Rinos could claim a ‘first black president’ badge, but that doesn’t mean it was Constitutional. Case law is never written in stone. Which is why we have the Supremes. Consider, the baby tourism from China, Iran, Saudi, SA, Yemen, Japan, etc. Are all those babies eligible for president? No, they’re not. And when they are, then America is down the toilet because any first-gener from any where is then eligible and we will become just another sh..thole nation as historic foreign conflicts between foreign countries paint American policy depending on which foreign country dual-citizen president is elected to the American presidency. Which is contrary to the foreign powers influence our Founders warned about.
