Its one thing for the President of the United States playing diplomatic niceties while things are happening behind the scenes, but it is an entirely different matter when a Christian pastor rises up to defend the 9/11 Saudis.
9/11 Saudis? Man, you don’t know who’s who. The Crown Prince is the one who put all those people in prison. If he goes down, the 9-11 Saudis WIN. That’s what this is about. Turkey and Kashoggi are ISIS/Al Qaeda types and they know the Crown Prince is not.
Pat Robertson is not a Christian pastor. He’s never been a pastor, never been a reverend.
He is a businessman who started a TV show. He served in the Marines and fought overseas, earned a law degree, and started many businesses; he negotiated the sale of one of them for over $100 million, which he promptly donated to a university and to an evangelistic outreach ministry.
Operation Blessing, a humanitarian organization he founded, has provided nearly $500 million in aid to assist nearly 130 million people in 50 states and 71 foreign countries.
Don’t be so quick to dismiss the man. He’s not the caricature that he’s been painted to be.
Oh, and of course he’s not “defending” the 9/11 Saudis. He is affirming President Trump’s position on Saudi Arabia. Which is OK, right?
