Seeding clouds is one thing. Controlling the direction of a hurricane is simply impossible. I minored in meteorology in college. There are ways to do so. None of which we can control.
I remember talking to my best friend about it when we were like 12... would have been about 71. So I guess it’s nothing new.
Like... we wouldn’t fly OVER a hurricane like Katrina (or Michael) and seed that bad boy right as it’s approaching land. . . would we? And by “us” I mean the clowns in America.
