A member of the Young Democratic Socialists of America at Georgia Tech University is furious at Sen. David Perdue after the Georgia Republican nationalized his phone while campaigning for gubernatorial candidate Brian Kemp:
Give me my phone back, senator exclaimed the young man who wants the government to take other peoples property:
So its only OK if the government takes someone elses property and not your own? WEIRD! Also, these are the people who are pissed at Sen. Perdue right now:
Its going to be a really, really short Revolution if this is how they act.
Sen. Perdue did quickly give back the students property, but were sure to hear much more about this on Monday:
On the bright side, Dems are finally on record saying the government should not take things from people. Thats a good start!

Phone bkmark
“I will teach them how to win”.....
Why did this pop into my head when reading this story....
Nationalize all their phones!
Whatever happened to the Obamaphones? Are we the taxpayers still paying for them?
I’m reasonably sure that if the snowflakes ever do start a civil war all we have to do is disable the cell system. They’ll become so despondent they’ll surrender. That or they’ll never leave the Starbucks and free wifi, we can round them up at our leisure.
I hate to be the dummy in the crowd, but what does that mean, to “Nationalize” a phone?
Sorry, but I’m 73, and still use a flip phone.
It means to steal it.
Its Georgia Tech, or more fully, the Georgia Institute of Technology, but never Georgia Tech University.
It may as well be Georgia Technology of Inconvenient for as poorly written this piece is. What the bloody heck is the GOP candidate actually accused of doing?
Here's another....what do you call a good looking girl at Tech?
A visitor!
Im here from the government and Im here to take your stuff.
They nationalized Health Care insurance. . Now people dont have health care. They have health insurance they cant use
This made no sense
"The Supreme Court is not legitimate. Nothing about our government is legitimate. Our Constitution, our institutions, all of our "norms" are designed to protect the ruling class, not the social interests of the public. It's our job to tear it all down. It's time for Revolution."
Consider government furnished free birth control. Do these coeds think they will be given a choice of boutique contraceptives or just get a government issued generic pill after standing in a long line at a government clinic?
Nationalize Hollywood. Pay minimum wage.
That's almost word-for-word from the old David Frye routine, "Richard Nixon - Superstar". There's a meeting between Nixon and one of the revolutionaries of that period (Jerry Rubin, I think), the revolutionary (voiced on the album by Gabe Kaplan) was telling Nixon about how they were going to destroy the country, tear everything down.
When the rant was completed, Nixon asked, "And then what are you going to do?", the revolutionary snickered a little bit and said, "I don't know, man ... probably just sit around and groove on the rubble".
Exactly.
Everybody gets paid the same: minimum wage. And everybody, that means congressman, dishwasher, Walmart employee, fast food workers, everybody.
No fancy benefits, everybody has to go and buy insurance.
Would this not level the playing field?
