Squirrels are too much trouble

I cook em for my kids when they bring them in but they are difficult

Big fox squirrels have more meat but tougher

I just clean up and chop up in 2-4 inch chunks and pan fry with gravy over white rice

It’s ok

My boys adore it...over venison even

I prefer wabbit
