The Little Girl Voice is an informal name for a vocal trait in adult women that is caused by psychological trauma . Women that are affected speak in a higher sounding, child-like pattern, usually in a manner similar to the age at which they suffered the traumatic event.
Hillary always looks disheveled so that seems normal for a Dem. However the voice of a 15 year old with vocal fry and uptalk was annoying and purposely done, to pluck at the the heart strings of the rubes who bought her malarkey(or pretended to) .
