“Can we consider a non-Catholic Christian?”

bray, I’m going on the assumption that they are picking the best that they can get and at the same time get through to the Confirmation. If she, as a Catholic, has anywhere near the fortitude and inner strength that Justice Kavanaugh has...then this former Catholic would be proud to have her as a Justice on the Supreme Court.

I’ll fancy that if we did a look at left-leaning past Justices we’d find a few that claimed to be non-Catholic Christian that didn’t even begin to look at the Constitution in any of their rulings.

Hey, the Catholics got practice getting through Confirmation...

...and don’t teh Joooos at a similar age have to demonstrate the ability to recite the Law at length, and in one of them furrin’ languages to boot?
