I ended up stationed at Fort Hood, Texas, in '75 and have basically been here since then. I've been back to Michigan three times since I left there in '72. So, I'll have to let you know if I get back up that way again.

My knees were done in by 50 years of playing baseball and softball as a catcher. Up and down, up and down, run to cover behind 1st base, blocking home plate against sliding (or non-sliding) baserunners. Just had both of them remodeled and am getting around just fine now after surgery. Ought to be able to get back to golf and square-dancing here pretty soon ....
