NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) -- A Newport News woman was taken into custody Monday night after police say she exposed herself to responding officers during a drunken domestic incident.
According to police, Chiquita Lynn'Ray Thomas, 34, of the 4800 hundred block of Madison Ave., got into an argument with a family member at her home around 8:30 p.m. and said she wanted the person to leave.
When officers advised her to follow the civil process of eviction, police say she bent over and pulled up her nightgown, and "exposed her buttock and private region while telling police to kiss her exposed buttocks."
Thomas was then taken into custody and charged with profane swearing, intoxication and indecent exposure.

Yeah, the NNPD tends to be less than impressed by mooning hippos.
Ew...
Indecent? I don’t know. I’d have to see the evidence first.
Never mind. I looked at the pic at the link. Yuck!
B=Better

If it was eye candy, could she be charged with decent exposure.
Which end is that?
I need a barf bag.
I see the bad moon arising.
I see trouble on the way.
I see earthquakes and lightnin’.
I see bad times today.
Don’t go around tonight,
Well, it’s bound to take your life,
There’s a bad moon on the rise.
If “Congolese human trafficker” accompanied that mugshot I would have believed it.
That is one homely looking hind end...oh! wait a minute...
Which end is that?
Great, now I’ll never get the soda pop off of my monitor!
The probability of a person getting naked in public is inversely proportional to their appearance.
I’m surprised they didn’t shoot her on the spot.
Chiquita? Is she bananas?
