Midterm elections average around 40% eligible voter turnout, if I recall. I wonder if it will be more or less this time, I can see it going either way. I mean if pub women turnout grows, maybe dem women turnout becomes way less as a certain % stays home in disgust. I thought 2016 would have huge turnout but it didn’t as minorities stayed home for Clinton, so who knows.
