The number of each vertex of the third pentagon is the difference of the numbers at the corresponding vertex of the first two pentagons.

The numbers in the pentagons add up to 20 for A and C. So 0 would make B add to 20.

Equivalently the vertices of the center pentagon is the sum of the corresponding vertices of the other two.
