The FBI may wrap up its investigation into misconduct accusations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh as soon as late Wednesday, a source tells Fox News, potentially clearing the way for a final Senate vote on his confirmation within days.

If the FBI's report is indeed delivered to the White House on Wednesday, Fox News expects a vote on Kavanaugh's confirmation could come as soon as Saturday. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., must first satisfy a number of procedural and parliamentary hurdles before a vote can be held, including filing a cloture petition (which must remain pending for a full day) in order to formally end debate on Kavanaugh's nomination. McConnell has vowed to hold a vote by the end of the week.

The key miscalculation the Dems made was that Kavanaugh is not quitting.

And now the truth is catching up to them and it ain't pretty, thus the reason the FBI report will remain hidden.

Hehehe.... Cannot be turned off with notification settings....by design.

"You can silence your notification settings for all kind of alerts. Except, that is, for those coming from the president.

Such a presidential alert has never been sent, but since 2006, they’ve been unblockable by law. That’s when President George W. Bush signed into law the Warning, Alert, Response and Network Act, which provided for the Wireless Emergency Alert’s creation. The law made it mandatory for wireless companies participating in the system (nearly every major wireless company has voluntarily opted in) to make presidential alerts unblockable on cell phones and other devices that use cell data, like iPads.

This might seem a little creepy, except when one considers that such a system has basically always been in place in other formats. The long-standing Emergency Alert System, formerly the Emergency Broadcast System, is capable of taking over television and radio stations across the U.S. within minutes to issue emergency messages.

The president has unfettered access to the system, to be used in the case of national emergencies.

And like the cell phone system, a presidential alert in the television and radio system has never been used. Such a system was originally established in 1951 by President Harry Truman, mostly in anticipation of a nuclear attack as the Cold War got underway.

yea this was supposed to be wrapped up yesterday and now today and tomorrow it might get wrapped up as well but if not than definitely by Friday so everyone can review it over the weekend and put their own spin on it and over the weekend a new witness will come forward... Oh wait, one already has. And imagine that, the new witness also used Aventti. This guys pro bono work just seems to be limitless. Maybe I can call him to handle some pro bono work for me as well.

I will believe it when the FBI is done investigating and turns a report over, and not until then.
