I believe earlier Q drops and the work of Kevin Shipp, former CIA agent, do indicate that the CIA is the driver. I noticed the absence of CIA references as they went after the FBI. The overall swamp draining has been working from the bottom up, while some FBI are also CIA agents (shockingly), the swamp draining is targeting the FBI first which again points to the CIA being above the FBI in the swamp organizational structure.

How many of these snakes remain?
